I was primarily responsible for managing our team milestones, supporting the employee workflow, and raising issues, risks, and challenges as they occurred. I maintained our team workback schedule and helped to drive our assets to completion. I acted as the liaison for stakeholder feedback and helped to communicate project timelines, expectations, and ongoing progress.

I created various graphic design elements, helped to manage our SharePoint pages, and worked on all items related to video creation, production, and typography. I also played an integral role in onboarding new team members and updating our process guides.
