I worked to manage and optimize programs and solutions that improved interviewer efficiency. I managed the interviewer training program, balanced the current interviewer distribution, strategically grew our interviewer pools based on demand, and managed interviewer capacity planning, reporting, and diagnostics.

I create and launched three automated interviewer training eLearns to grow our interviewer pool and increase the velocity of training. These automated trainings also eliminated the need for monthly live trainings, giving our interviewers more flexibility and giving time back to instructors. I also created a monthly cadence for delivering metrics and insights which helped to drive strategic decision-making and improve processes.
