About Me
Hello! I’m Jennifer Dixon.
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and currently live in Puyallup, Washington with my husband and two kids. I have a degree in Sociology from Washington State University with a double minor in Human Development and Criminal Justice. I love animals, crafting, playing board games, and spending time with my friends and family.
I value both happiness and growth which give me the energy and encouragement I need to challenge myself every day. I genuinely enjoy improving processes and working on communication strategies.
Initiatives I’ve led and things i’ve learned along the way
In my most recent role at Microsoft, I identified trends and provided actionable insights to team members and leadership. These insights helped to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Whie working at Meta, I managed the interviewer training and capacity program by optimizing programs and solutions that improved interviewer efficiency. A key takeaway from my time in this role was the importance of strong partnerships, which taught me how collaboration and trust drive impactful results.
In my previous role at Microsoft, I was primarily responsible for managing our team milestones, communicating project timelines and expectations, and supporting the employee workflow. In this role, my biggest impact was improving many strategic processes and helping people become more efficient.
At Expedia Group, I worked closely with people and teams to carry out key initiatives, launch new programs, improve processes, and develop new communication strategies. My time at Expedia Group allowed me to work with and help people from all over the world and continually identify areas for improvement.
I am incredibly reliable, results-oriented, and have a high standard of quality and ownership. My goal is to make a meaningful and positive impact on people by creating engaging and thoughtful communications, improving processes, and removing obstacles.
