I improved the candidate experience and optimized recruiter productivity by implementing and overseeing various global programs, projects, and change management initiatives. I implemented a new background check vendor, launched the first digital interviewing program, instituted a hiring culture strategy, and increased brand engagement and social sharing.

I developed new communication and engagement strategies and created digital and written content to share across multiple platforms and channels. I was responsible for content development, interviewing employees and writing stories, managing content strategies, and organizing digital libraries. I owned continual enhancements to lifeatexpedia.com and I launched the very first external careers blog while ensuring the content aligned with brand messaging and attracted top talent. I also created multiple internal newsletters focused on internal careers, recruiting insights, and employee engagement with audiences as high as 24,000. I drove open rates for the monthly recruiting newsletter from 34% to 76%.

I facilitated and planned the quarterly All-Hands meetings and monthly new hire trainings for over 250 Talent Acquisition employees. I also presented monthly NEO trainings to all new hires joining Expedia Group by welcoming them and giving them a company overview.
